Bret Hart's 'injury' sparks worried calls to ambulance company
“It’s still real to me, damn it!”- It seems some fans of professional wrestling have yet to wake up to the fact it is actually, well, scripted.
Pro wrestling icon Bret Hart has returned to the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), which was known as the WWF (World Wrestling Federation) back when he was champion.
In the lead-up to Wrestlemania, wrestling’s biggest event of the year, Mr Hart has been brought back to feud with WWE chairman Vince McMahon.
The storyline is based around the “Montreal Screwjob” incident that happened during the Survivor Series pay-per-view event in November 1997, when Mr McMahon genuinely cheated Mr Hart, who proceeded to spit at him and punch him in the locker-room.
During his appearance on WWE Raw in Des Moines, Iowa last week Mr Hart was “struck” by a car and “injured” his leg as part of the new storyline.
An ambulance (which was conveniently right next to where he got hit) took him away.
But many fans were taken in by it and the ambulance company used for the scene has now had to put out a statement telling people to stop ringing to find out how he’s doing.
Midwest Ambulance Service of Midwest Iowa has said on its website: “Attention: Please do not call 222-2222 regarding the condition of Bret 'Hit Man' Hart. Contact the WWE for updates. Our number is for emergency calls only. Thank you.”

Mr.Mcmahon did not treat Bret well. Bret invitation by Mcmahon turned out to show Macmahon does not have an un-forgiving spirit in him.Its un-fair to avenge an action after twelve years. He should be a better sports administrator.
(2)Furhermore, Mr. Macmahon should not take sides with any wresler or against to favor his personal interest. The way he treated Mr. JOHN CENA after emerging the winner of the last elimination chamber fight leaves much to be desired. He is a killer-joy. The whole world is watching and assessing the situation. Posterity will judge him for his bais against some wrestlers. We expect him as the CHAIRMAN to be neutral in every occassion. Thank you.
Note: This is Benjamin's Brain. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm really not that stupid. I was out to lunch when Benji felt the need to post this, and he does realize wrestling is scripted. At least I've tried to tell him that.
The treating of bret hart is very bad and most of the fans are very much worried about the disrespect after he entered WWE.Why? batista entered when mcmahon called and there is no one to support Bret Hart , and why john cena lost his elimination chamber match and why batista entered finally.All this shows the partiality and vengence against some body and there is no neutral administration by the chairman.I need bret hart to be returned to wwe and there should be mutual cooperation and coordination between hart and mcmahon. we also need bret hart and john cena to be a tag team partners
