Rumour has it that a set of very expensive HR consultants has been brought in to help the senior managers who won’t be getting the new top jobs at the Supercity.

Private Bin hasn’t been able to confirm this but has been told each departing manager is receiving career coaching at a cost of over $10k per person.

While we’re all for looking after your employees that seems a bit, um, rich for an organisation supposed to be based on cost savings.
