Revealed: Vodafone’s secret deal with 2degrees
UPDATE: The Commerce Commission has ordered NBR to take offline its story revealing the pricing terms of Vodafone's deal with newcomer 2degrees.
The commission claims NBR's exclusive report may be in breach of Section 100 of the Commerce Act.
NBR is seeking legal advice on whether to keep the story down or not.

forget the legal advice ,have some balls and publish.secret deals or not.the public are sick of secret deals.its no secret that the telecon industry is ripping us blind,and we rely on journo's and newspapers and the like to expose these scams.so stand up and be counted.the court case publicity will sell enough mags to cover the cost.

So the commercre commision are stopping us from talking when we want know? I bet a lawer can tell you they're wrong to "order" the item taken tdown. They can however ask.

to order an independent third party newspaper to take a story down?
Is it defamatory? In which case it's to the court with you.
Is it in breach of some other Act? Surely a judge should decide.
