TrustPower Ltd is signalling a sale of five-year bonds and will also sell seven-year bonds, if there is demand.

ANZ and Craigs Investment Partners have been appointed lead managers of the proposed issue.

The five-year bonds will mature December 15, 2014 and the seven-year bonds on December 15, 2016.

The interest rate will be announced before the offer opens.
