Good business is about clear leadership, says a prime minister's business scholar who has just returned from Paris.

Kiwi Income Property Trust has sold Auckland's Beca House for $55 million to a private investor in a deal brokered by CB Richard Ellis at a 8% yield. 

Auckland engineer Simon Longuet-Higgins will lead a team of Beca engineers to work on a 638-metre tall tower in Jakarta, Indonesia.
