Comvita shares rise 25c as the honey products maker meets profit forecasts. 

Comvita, the listed honey products company, has embarked on a restructuring as it prepares to expand.

Comvita have successfully appealed a ruling finding one of its UK patents was invalid.  

Cerebos New Zealand says it will not increase its takeover offer for Bay of Plenty honey company Comvita.

Cerebos is threatening to start up in direct competition to Bay of Plenty-based Comvita if its bid to buy the manuka honey products company fails.
