But milk rises to a nine-month high in the sixth overall decline in seven months.

Grocery prices rise 1.9%, making the biggest contribution to the food price index's monthly gain.
"I guess over pricing is not helped by over taxing on everything, especially increases in fuel tax."
But prices are down 0.5% from the same month last year.
The rise was led by a 4.4% hike in fruit and vegetables, with an 84% increase in kumara prices to the highest level since February 2008. Vegetables, dairy and lamb products were cheaper.
The food price index rises 0.3%, the second monthly increase this year, even though meat, poultry and fish fell 1.5%.
