Milford's manager, NZRPG Management, said it expected to complete one of the country's largest retail leasings by October of 6023sq m of specialty retail space, covering 57 separate tenancies. The total area is 13,387sq m, with the remaining 7364sq m occupied by existing anchors, Woolworths, Whitcoulls and The Warehouse.
