Troubled Mountain Buggy in High Court tiff

The defunct pushchair company Mountain Buggy was in court yesterday over a dispute over distribution with Denmark-based company DK Intertrade.

Mountain Buggy receiver John Fisk, of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, says  Mountain Buggy will defend the filings.
