Drilling season underway as rig moves to Albacore

The drilling rig ENSCO-107 has left the Maari production platform and will be used to drill the Albacore-1 production well, in the northern Taranaki basin.

The jack-up rig has been in Taranaki waters since October 2007, drilling the Kupe development wells, the Momoho exploration well and at Maari.
