To ensure continuous service and to make managing your subscription membership easy, all our memberships are auto-renewing by credit card.

NBR Online memberships
We will send you an email reminder before your subscription membership is due to automatically renew.

If you do not wish to renew your NBR Online membership you can cancel via your MyNBR dashboard (click the MyNBR tab near the top right of our home page then choose My Subscriptions from the drop-down menu), advising us by email customerservices@nbr.co.nz or Freephone 0800 THE NBR.

If you do not cancel the membership or we do not hear from you, we'll automatically renew your membership at the current rate.

Please note that you can change or cancel your membership at any time.

All pricing includes GST. All transactions are debited in New Zealand dollars.

Print subscriber memberships
We will send you a reminder in the mail before your membership is due to automatically renew.

If you do not wish to renew your NBR Print membership you can advise us by email at customerservices@nbr.co.nz or Freephone 0800 THE NBR

Refund policy
NBR does not provide refunds on cancelled print or online subscriptions. Exceptions can be granted at the discretion of the publisher.
