An appellant to the High Court in Auckland did not help his case by his “grossly inappropriate” reference to a judge as “being a bit senile and old.”
This was a comment made by Justice Christian Whata who declined leave to appeal by Desmond Cook against a Tenancy Tribunal ruling.
