Sixteen-storey build won’t open floodgates, court told

Milford Centre’s proposed development won’t open the floodgates for high-rise, the Environment Court has been told.

The two-week hearing in front of Judge Jeff Smith and commissioners John Illingsworth and Alex Sutherland finished today.
