Sixteen-storey build won’t open floodgates, court told
Milford Centre’s proposed development won’t open the floodgates for high-rise, the Environment Court has been told.
Milford Centre wants to build several towers above a mall in the Auckland suburb of Milford. Its tallest building is proposed at 63 metres high. This equates to about 16 storeys depending on the yield.
The two-week hearing in front of Judge Jeff Smith and commissioners John Illingsworth and Alex Sutherland finished today.
