AMI offices worth $19m on the block
Six AMI Insurance office premises with a ratable valuation of almost $19 million are being sold through tender campaigns and auctions.
AMI was bought out by Australasia’s largest insurance group IAG early last year in the aftermath of the Canterbury earthquakes.
The brand continues to operate as a stand-alone entity at 68 branches throughout New Zealand, servicing 500,000 customers holding about 1.2 million policies.
They include AMI Insurance office premises in south Auckland, Blenheim, Timaru, Gore and two locations in Queenstown.
