ASIC raids van Eyk offices following FMA feedback

Market regulators have raided the offices of Sydney-based financial services firm van Eyk as part of a coordinated probe involving New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has carried out two searches, seizing files from the troubled firm, according to a report in the Australian Financial Review.
