Auckland blackout: Vector chairman Stiassny responds to attack by predecessor

Vector’s [NZX: VCT] chairman has defended the governance of the country's electricty network despite a former chairman’s doubts. 

As the Auckland power blackout goes into its third day, former Transpower and Vector chairman Wayne Brown says the power failure is a symptom of poor governance.

“We don’t have enough good engineers to tell [the board] when things go wrong,” Mr Brown told NBR ONLINE.
