Aussie cloud company partners with Cloud House

ASX-listed cloud company Bulletproof [ASX:BPF] is partnering with NZ-based Cloud House in what it says is a mutually beneficial partnership.

No money was exchanged in the “strategic partnership” – Cloud House will get access to Bulletproof’s resources while the Aussie company will be able to better service its Kiwi customers.

The partnership comes only four months after Bulletproof’s acquisition of Sydney-based consulting firm Pantha Corp for $A3.9 million.

Cloud House specialises in building cloud infrastructure tailored to suit the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. It offers mobile app development, software-as-a-service (SaaS), user experience and interface design, project management and managed services among others.

Cloud House is based in Auckland and Wellington. It is co-owned by Jordan Greig and Scott Judson.

For the year ended 30 June 2014 Bulletproof had revenue of $18.3 milllion and a net loss of $3.1 million. It consults with businesses to help them choose cloud software (including AWS, VMWare and Hybrid Cloud), design and implement it.
