Busy week for lawyers behaving badly

It’s been a busy week for lawyers who behave badly.

Auckland lawyer Evgeny Orlov has been struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors, according to a recent decision by the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal.

Also this week, the tribunal has suspended Gary Edward Sawyer for 36 months and Christchurch sole practitioner Errol Parsons for 18 months.
