Pay disparity for not-for-profit CEOs - survey

Chief executives in the not-for-profit sector can expect to take home as much as 30% less pay than those in private companies, and the disparity contributes to their management challenges, research reveals.

Although the pay gap is widely known unofficially, it has been confirmed by a survey of 264 not-for-profit (NFP) or ‘third sector’ organisations, conducted by remuneration and performance management specialists Strategic Pay.
