As Chorus gets its day in court, $5b Aussie fund manager explains why he's hanging on

On Monday, Chorus [NZX: CNU] will have its day in court. The High Court case – which will happen in parallel to a regulatory appeal to the Commerce Commission and ongoing negotiations with Crown Fibre Holdings – will decide whether a 23% cut to Chorus’ copper pricing goes ahead on December 1. 

All shareholders have suffered as Chorus’ shares have fallen around 50% since the Commerce Commission’s pricing decision was first announced.
