The bumbling fools at the New Zealand Insolvency Service have filed a replacement memorandum to the court in their continuing litigation with businessman Kit Fawcett.

Readers will recall Crown solicitor Ross Gregory Douch had previously filed a memorandum accepting that deputy Official Assignee Barend Jacobus Wolmarans was not properly warranted but declaring that didn’t matter because Mr Wolmarans had laid the charges as a private citizen.
