Disgruntled former partner takes on law firm

A legal stoush is continuing between Tauranga law firm Sharp Tudhope and a former partner.

A recent Employment Court decision reveals Darryl Fletcher, who was made redundant from Sharp Tudhope in May 2012 has launched a personal grievance against it.

According to the decision of Judge Christina Inglis, Mr Fletcher claims his dismissal was unjustified and that he was not paid correctly for incentive payments.  Read the decision here
