Family's plastics scrap heads to appeal court

A legal stoush between three Rotorua siblings over a plastics company is headed for the Court of Appeal.

Robert Lee and Helen Heard allege their brother Gregory Lee took manufacturing business High Duty Plastics from them in an unfair way.

The duo says brother Greg acted in an unconscionable way, influencing their parents against giving them a fair share of inheritance.

However, the pair already has two High Court judgments against it, with Justice David Collins finding the claim was an abuse of process, not to mention time barred.
