Demand in the Hawke’s Bay office market remains steady after some relocations, according to valuer Pat Turley of Turley & Co. 

ACC has relocated to the Hastings Power Board site at 301 Heretaunga St East, Hasting, a Wallace Developments construction.

New office supply over the past couple of years includes the corner of Station-Dalton Streets, Napier, for tenants including Department of Corrections.
