How much DCD saved NZ under Kyoto

Plummeting carbon prices have filleted greenhouse gas emission savings attributed to the nitrogen-inhibiting chemical DCD, before this year's DCD-in-milk scare hit.

Agricultural products containing the chemical dicyandiamide (DCD) were a green weapon used on New Zealand pastures, particularly for dairying, to inhibit nitrate leaching and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
