ISPs in 'race to the bottom' - Kordia chairman on possible Orcon sale

In a March 21 grilling before MPs on the Commerce Committee, Kordia chairman David Clarke elaborated on details of the possible sale of the state-owned company's ISP, Orcon - but cautioned the broadband market was tough.

Appearing to present the company's annual financial review (of which NBR ONLINE has obtained an uncorrected transcript), Mr Clarke noted Kordia would lose 40% of its cash flow next year with the analogue TV switch off.
