Jamie Peters’ associate sells land for $9.25m

Chinese investors have bought stage-two of the troubled Albany Heights residential development from a company directed by Michael Webb-Speight (pictured), an associate of bankrupt developer Jamie Peters.

Property records show BCH Investments Ltd bought the 5ha site in April from MH Gill Ltd in a transaction worth $9.25 million.

MH Gill is directed by Mr Webb-Speight, a close associate of Mr Peters, and is owned by Kervus Property Group, formerly MHL Ltd, which in turn is owned by Claymore Trustees Ltd.
