Law Society investigates email forger Killeen

The New Zealand Law Society is investigating the conduct of barrister and confessed forger Anita Killeen.

Ms Killeen admitted forging an email from the Serious Fraud Office's former chief executive Adam Feeley and sending it to the National Business Review in November 2011 in an attempted smear.

At a court hearing last month, her lawyer, Paul Davison QC, blamed the side effects of prescription medication for her unusual and out of character behaviour.
