Manager accused of $650K fraud says Rich List bosses sacked her unfairly

Members of the Horton media dynasty are in the Employment Relations Authority, defending a decision to sack a woman they say stole $650,000 from their business.

A staff member of 14 years and general manager of Horton Media (HML) Norah Laurence (Laura) Tither has been accused at an ERA hearing of two instances of alleged fraud – one involving overcharging on lieu day payments to pay herself of $210,264 over seven years, effectively a quarter of her $120,000 annual salary each year.
