Mystery rises over explosive Yarrows court case

Former bakery owner Paul Yarrow will appear in court this week in what is shaping up as an explosive case.

He will be fighting to keep five directors he dumped from three Australia- based Yarrow companies off the boards.

Mr Yarrow went to ground last May when Taranaki-based Yarrows (The Bakers) was placed in receivership, owing Westpac $55 million and a charitable trust nearly $20 million.
