NZF Money's receivers to dispute trust's priority claim
The receivers of collapsed finance company NZF Money intend to dispute claims of priority over certain loans.
NZF Money went into receivership in 2011, owing investors $16.4 million.
In their fifth report, receivers Grant Graham and Brendon Gibson, of KordaMentha, say the company paid investors $4.1 million in the six months to July 21 but they are still owed $15.2 million, including interest to August 31.
The report says they expect to dispute a claim by Hillview Trust that it has priority over NZF Money on certain loans.
