Photo ops distract from empty rubble-city

Prime Minister John Key enjoyed more photo opportunities opening new developments in Christchurch last Friday.

He officially opened the Stranges building as well as visiting the Isaac Theatre Royal, which is being largely rebuilt with the original facade retained.

The Stranges building at the junction of High, Lichfield and Manchester Streets has been developed by Dean Marshall and his co-investors Shaun Stockman and Grant Marshall.
