Labour Minister Simon Bridges says he has an ‘open mind’ about controversial vulnerable worker provisions the government wants to introduce.

But he wants businesses to take their views to the select committee hearing submissions on the Employment Relations Amendment Bill.

Mr Bridges has commented in response to findings of an NBR Business Pulse poll, which found almost all participants don’t like one of the ways vulnerable worker provisions found in part 6A (continuity of employment) of the bill will effect them.
