Reay minimises role, offers alternative CTV explanations

Alan Reay has told the royal commission of inquiry into the CTV building in Christchurch of alternative explanations for its collapse.

The royal commission is in its fourth week of hearings into the collapse and Mr Reay came under cross-examination again this week.
