Serial suer Siemer loses latest Supreme Court appeal bid
Vince Siemer's latest trip to this nation's top court has seen appeals over several long-running cases thrown out.
Judges William Young, Susan Glazebrook and Terence Arnold in the Supreme Court have rejected Mr Siemer’s latest bid to appeal three decisions given by Justice John Wild. The court ruled the American businessman should also pay costs.
The decision released today relates both to Mr Siemer’s string of litigation against insolvency practitioner Michael Stiassny and Korda Mentha and two other cases against the Official Assignee.
