St Laurence’s connection to latest IPO candidate

When it comes to public share offers investors are always wise to find out who the vendors are and what their intentions are, especially when the company is a relatively unknown entity.The latest candidate is transtasman specialist printer Opus Print Group, which was tipped for a possible sharemarket float in last weekend's Sunday Star Times.The company recently hired former Mighty River Power and Waste Management chief financial officer Ken Budgen as CFO and is planning an acquisition, according to the report.
