SUBSCRIBER-ONLY POLL RESULT: Is the outcome of the South Canterbury Finance fraud case satisfactory?

Less than a third of NBR member subscribers believe the South Canterbury Finance fraud case has come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Yesterday the five-month trial ended with former South Canterbury Finance (SCF) director Robert White and former chief executive Lachie McLeod being found not guilty on all counts of fraud.

Former director Edward Sullivan was found guilty on five of the nine charges brought against him by the Serious Fraud Office.
