Top executives pay packets swell, incentives change as recession recedes

Pay packets for New Zealand's top executives are starting to grow again but the way their incentives are structured is changing, a remuneration survey suggests.DSD Consulting's chief executive and top tier executive remuneration survey contains some good news for executives at New Zealand's largest companies.The survey doesn't include any tiddlers – it focuses only on companies with annual revenue of $300 million or more, a relatively exclusive club in an economy as small as New Zealand's.
