Australian company Spotless Group will trade on the NZSX as a dual listed company from Monday after taking over dry cleaning company Taylors Group.

"The Spotless board has decided to pursue a dual listing and quotation of Spotless' ordinary shares on the NZSX as a demonstration of Spotless' long-term commitment to New Zealand," chairman Peter Smedley said.

The company's shares will continue to be quoted on ASX.

The company's major food service contracts include Eden Park in Auckland, the Westpac Trust Stadium in Wellington and AMI Stadium in Christchurch, Auckland and Dunedin airports, and Auckland Zoo.
