Forking out $25 million in 2018 for three highly sought after commercial properties in Freemans Bay has certainly turned some eyeballs in the direction of Auckland property developer Cary Bowkett.
In a 50/50 partnership with the Patel family, Bowkett snapped up the properties formerly owned by Zintel Group founder Nick Gordon, then proceeded to buy an adjacent rundown villa for a further $1 million at auction. He says he has no immediate plans for the site.
