CBRE has promoted Chagalle Ellis to Director in the Valuation & Advisory Services team.

An industry leader for her age, Chagalle becomes one of CBRE’s youngest ever Directors. Her promotion is recognition of her excellent achievements within the industry and exemplary performance during her seven years at CBRE.

Chagalle regularly acts for a range of institutional and private clients with a focus on the valuation of industrial and suburban retail assets. She is an active contributor to the property industry being one of the longest serving members on the Auckland Branches of both the Property Institute of New Zealand and the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and was the joint recipient of the RICS Young Achiever of the Year award in 2015.

Campbell Stewart, National Director of Valuation & Advisory Services, said Chagalle’s promotion was worthy recognition for her achievements and impeccable professionalism.

“Chagalle’s extensive market knowledge along with her energy and drive for a consistently high level of performance ensures she stands out. She has a clear, results oriented work ethic and engages heavily with junior team members to help them succeed. I look forward to having Chagalle join the New Zealand Valuation & Advisory Services leadership team.”
