The Commerce Commission has filed charges against Christchurch-based construction business Flaxmill.

The Commerce Commission has filed charges against construction business Flaxmill and its director, Gerard James Thomson, in the Christchurch District Court. Flaxmill is based at Oxford, inland from Christchurch.
The charges arise from a customer complaint.
