Gentrack Group Ltd has strengthened its executive team with three senior appointments across the world, building the leadership depth behind its global growth strategy and the continued evolution of its g2 operational intelligence platform.
Nic Kennedy was named chief marketing officer and managing director New Zealand. Pazit Lustman, who joined as chief product and technology officer in January, has been confirmed as chief product officer as the function expands; and Scott Chilton joins as chief technology officer.
Gentrack chief executive Gary Miles said: “These investments in senior leadership capability bring the kind of experience we need to keep building a business that leads in some of the most complex regulated markets in the world. Nic, Pazit, and Scott have built and scaled technology businesses in complex, highly regulated environments. They understand how to take products from vision to reality, how to build teams that can execute at pace, and how to evolve and scale technology platforms that customers depend on every day.”
Scott Chilton.
CTO Chilton is based in the United Kingdom. Chilton leads Gentrack’s strategy and investment in the technology required to lead the next era of utility operations. He brings more than two decades of software engineering leadership across organisations in the UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand. He joins Gentrack from The Access Group, where he was software engineering director within the ERP division. He previously led the Supply Chain engineering function as head of engineering, running a global team of 80 across the UK, Romania, Malaysia, and New Zealand.
Across those roles, he has led teams through significant organisational change, modernisation programmes, and the adoption of new ways of working
Chief marketing officer and managing director, New Zealand Kennedy leads Gentrack’s New Zealand business and global marketing strategy, with a focus on growth, scale and long-term value. She joined Gentrack earlier in the year as MD, New Zealand and added marketing to her remit in April.
With extensive experience building and scaling technology-led businesses in complex, regulated markets, Kennedy spent five years as CEO of Flux Federation, the New Zealand-founded energy retail technology business, having previously served as chair of the board. Before Flux, she was chief innovation and ventures officer at PwC New Zealand and, earlier, chief delivery officer at Vend, the cloud retail management platform serving customers in more than 140 countries, where she led product, engineering, infrastructure, and design teams through a scale-up from 50 to 150 people across six offices globally.
Pazit Lustman.
Chief product officer Lustman leads the product transformation behind Gentrack’s g2 platform and its broader shift to a scalable, product-led, AI-first model. Based in Tel Aviv, she joined Gentrack in early 2026 as chief product and technology officer, taking end-to-end ownership of product and engineering during the early phase of the transformation. With Chilton joining as CTO from June 2026, the function splits along its natural lines, with Lustman focusing on her role as CPO.
Lustman brings more than 25 years’ experience in product strategy, transformation, and execution across global public companies and high-growth technology businesses. She joined Gentrack from Beyond Product, where she worked as a fractional product leader partnering with B2B technology companies to embed Generative AI into product strategy and build vertical AI solutions.
She spent four years at Kaltura as vice-president of product management and strategy for the media and telecom business, leading the strategy and execution of Kaltura’s Cloud TV SaaS platform serving Pay-TV operators and media brands globally. Under her leadership, the platform’s integration of Generative AI into content discovery and viewer engagement was recognised as ‘Product of the Year’ at the National Association of Broadcasters Show in 2025. Earlier in her career she spent 17 years at Amdocs in increasingly senior product roles, including director of product management and strategy for digital experience, where she launched a cloud-native customer engagement platform.
Together with Gentrack's existing executive team, Kennedy, Lustman, and Chilton will help lead the company's next chapter, focused on an AI-first strategy built for the utilities responding to the energy transition.
