First resource consents launched for Auckland’s special housing areas

This week a Maori-led joint venture launched the first resource consent within one of Auckland’s 11 Special Housing Areas (SHAs).

Tamaki Makaurau Community Housing lodged the consent for a development at 398S Weymouth Rd for up to 300 new dwellings over four years, says Auckland Council
