Fullers Group Ltd. today announced a shift in its leadership structure to support a new business strategy. Owned by InMotion Group, Fullers Group Ltd. will now encompass additional tourism brands within the portfolio. A newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Mike Horne, will oversee the Fullers and 360 Discovery Cruises ferry operations, as well as the ManaBus.com and nakedbus.com group.
“The integration of the ferry and commercial bus operations will strengthen the company’s focus on the tourism market, while broadening product offerings. Sharing many of the same strategic goals, the once separate brands are extremely well‐aligned,” said Fullers Group Chief Executive Officer Mike Horne.
Horne joins Fullers as a proven leader of complex, customer‐focused organisations in the tourism industry – with significant roles at Tourism Holdings Limited, Village Roadshow Limited, and Fullers Bay of Islands. He’ll oversee Fullers’ transition to a digitally‐savvy tourism and leisure business.
Douglas Hudson to Lead from Fullers Board of Directors
Despite its growth, Fullers will maintain its commitment to operational excellence in its flagship ferry business. Outgoing Fullers Chief Executive Douglas Hudson will take on a new challenge serving on the Fullers Board of Directors. Beyond helping set overall strategy, Hudson will remain engrained in the day‐to‐day business working on a number of key projects – drawing on his more than 30 years of service to Fullers and within the maritime travel industry.
