Francelle advises on a broad range of resource management issues as a newly-appointed principal. She specialises in assisting clients with major urban development and infrastructure projects, in particular residential (including retirement villages), water and wastewater, education (tertiary and secondary), town centre and large master-planned developments (retail, commercial), quarrying and clean-fills. She has considerable experience managing large project teams across a range of disciplines.
Amelia comes on board as a lawyer, with experience in a range of resource management matters, including advising clients in respect of major policy, plan change and resource consenting processes. She also assists on a range of general commercial and commercial property matters.
