Hotchin henchman regrets investors’ losses

Accused Nathans Finance director Mervyn Ian Doolan today gave a courtroom apology to the 7000 investors who lost $174 million in Nathans 2007 collapse.

“I deeply regret the fact that investors have lost money,” he told Justice Paul Heath, who is hearing Security Act charges against Mr Doolan
