The company that owned the franchise rights to troubled fast food outlet The Original California Burrito Company has been tipped into liquidation.

Last year eight of the Mexican food outlets were shut down, and founder Jeff Moss blamed a legal fight with his former wife Lisa Krukziener for the liquidation of their company, California Burrito.
