David Henderson's old haunt sold

Auckland’s biggest and best-known penthouse apartment, the party pad of bankrupt property developer David Henderson, has been sold in a mortgagee sale.

The six-bedroom apartment, on the top floor of the Hilton Hotel on Princes Wharf, had been on the market for more than two years – initially for $10 million.
